Who can use Cool Breeze?
Anyone from ages 2 and up without asking a health professional. For children under 2, please speak with a health professional. 

Is Cool Breeze tested on animals?
No, Cool Breeze is cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

What is Cool Breeze made of?
Menthol – organic compound obtained from the oils of corn mint, peppermint, or other mints or made synthetically.
Methyl Salicylate – organic compound obtained from the oils of wintergreen or made synthetically.

Does Cool Breeze have an odor?
Cool Breeze contains menthol as an active ingredient. Menthol has a characteristic smell (often described as minty) that typically dissipates over time after application.

Do you need a prescription to use Cool Breeze?
No prescription is needed to purchase and use Cool Breeze.

How often can I use Cool Breeze?
Apply Cool Breeze to affected areas up to four times a day.

Can I use Cool Breeze with a heating pad or in a tanning bed or sauna?
No, Cool Breeze should not be used in any of these situations. 

Can I use a wrap or brace on top of Cool Breeze?
Yes, but you should not tightly wrap or bandage the area where Cool Breeze is being applied.

Can I use Cool Breeze if I’m pregnant or nursing?
Ask a health professional before using Cool Breeze if you are pregnant or nursing.

What should I do if I accidentally get Cool Breeze in my eye?
Rinse your eye with lukewarm water or take a shower with warm shower water hitting your forehead and running down through your eyes for fifteen minutes. If a problem persists, seek medical help and be sure to take your Cool Breeze with you for reference.

What should I do if I get a rash or experience mild skin irritation from Cool Breeze?
Stop using the product. Take a lukewarm bath and relax for twenty minutes. If the rash persists, contact your doctor.

How long will the effects of Cool Breeze last once it’s applied?
Cool Breeze effects can last up to 4 hours after application.

Can you use Cool Breeze as part of a massage?
Cool Breeze can be used as part of a massage.

Can I take a shower or bathe after using Cool Breeze?
Avoid showering or bathing for at least 2 hours after applying Cool Breeze (water will wash off gel). We recommend you shower or bathe before applying Cool Breeze.

Does Cool Breeze have an expiration date?
Yes. Cool Breeze has a shelf life of three years.
